He has done kitchen Consulting which includes Kitchen Layout and Menu planning, staff Recruitment and training for few leading restaurant and pub chains in Bangalore. He has worked with brands like Holiday inn, Aloft, Byblos Hospitality Dubai and Marasa Africa (Uganda) etc. He is also an expert in Concept based Menu planner & an HACCP Trainer.
